No.

As much as we would like to be able to assist everyone in the community, the services that we provide are limited to the emergency services with which we have already established relationships and agreed operating protocols.

As a volunteer charity group the sheer administrative burdon in taking a view on helping everyone, would be immense. Should local doctors surgeries for example require help in snowy periods or periods of adverse weather they should contact their local emergency planning officer who will be able provide them with the appropriate help.
