Yes.
There's no limit on how many nationaly registered 4x4 groups you can be a member of, so long as you feel you can offer something to each group.

Very often our volunteers live on the border between the areas covered by two response groups. If they're already an Operational Member of a neighbouring group and want to join us as an operational member, then we let them join for free as Honorary Members. They have all the same rights and priviledges as members, except that they carry no vote in meetings.
This is a mutual agreement Surrey has with its neighbouring groups.
